Aluminum Welding Filler Metals

ANHUI HUAZHONG® Welding Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of brazing materials. We have more than 12 years of production experience and various modern production equipment. We can provide a variety of high-quality aluminum-based brazing materials, TIG electrode, MIG wire, flux-cored aluminium solder and low-temperature aluminium solder.

Our TIG and MIG welding wires are mainly ER1100, ER4043, ER4047. ER5183, ER5356 and other commonly used brands, which can braze most of the aluminium alloy products on the market. They are suitable for argon arc welding, manual welding, high frequency welding, laser welding and so on.

Flux-cored aluminium wire is a kind of aluminium brazing filler with powder inside. It solves the problem that aluminium powder must be matched when ER4047 and other electrodes are brazed by hand. It can be brazed directly without corrosiveness, and the welding seam need not be cleaned after welding.

Low temperature aluminium solder is a new type of low temperature aluminium welding material with zinc and aluminium alloys. Its melting point is generally 350-450 degrees. It is suitable for welding aluminium and aluminium alloy, aluminium and copper.
